Terms of Service
The plain rules for using the counter: what the software does, what it does not do, and what each side is responsible for.
01 The service
The service is accounts receivable and collections software. It brings invoices from your accounting systems into one place, tracks receivables in several currencies, plans and sends reminders, creates payment links through payment partners, organises disputes and forecasts collections.
By creating an account or using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
02 What the service is not
- It is not a bank, payment aggregator, money changer or collection agency.
- It does not hold, move or convert your money or your customers' money. Payments are processed by banks and regulated payment partners under their own terms.
- It does not provide legal, tax, accounting or foreign exchange advice.
03 Your responsibilities
- Keep your books accurate. The service reflects what your accounting system holds.
- Approve reminder templates and escalation rules that are fair, factual and lawful.
- Provide only business contacts of your customers and respect any request to stop automated reminders.
- Remain responsible for foreign exchange and export compliance, including FEMA and export realisation timelines, together with your bank.
- Keep login credentials safe and limit access to people in your organisation who need it.
04 Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send threatening, harassing, misleading or abusive messages, to contact individuals for personal debts, to send messages outside the rules permitted by law, or to attempt to break the security of the service.
05 Free trial
The free trial lasts 30 days and covers one accounting system and up to 100 open invoices. No card is needed. At the end of the trial the account pauses until a plan is chosen.
06 Plans and billing
Plans are priced by the number of open invoices per month. Fees are billed monthly or yearly in advance as selected. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
Payment partner charges are set and billed by the partner and are not part of the plan fee.
If open invoices exceed the plan limit for two consecutive months, we will ask you to move to the right plan before any change in fees.
07 Your data
You own your data. You grant us the rights needed to process it to provide the service. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
08 Availability and support
We aim for the service to be available at all times, apart from planned maintenance which we announce in advance. Support is provided through the contact page and inside the product.
09 Limitation of liability
The service helps you collect, but cannot guarantee that any customer will pay. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period.
10 Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend accounts that breach the acceptable use terms. On closure, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
